Manager / Senior Manager of Marketing Programs

Location: San Jose, CA

ThreatMetrix is looking for an experienced Marketing Programs Manager (or Senior Manager) to produce our outbound marketing programs, including development and execution of email marketing campaigns and live webinars, management of our marketing database, tracking campaign results and monitoring lead flow. The role requires heavy use of both Marketo and GoToWebinar, along with strong communication skills for working across functional groups to deliver successful programs that drive revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute B2B marketing programs that increase market awareness and drive demand across multiple industries
  • Utilize Marketo to create and implement marketing programs, including emails, landing pages and campaigns
  • Manage the marketing database including segmentation and data quality
  • Manage the webinar calendar, including securing presenters, promoting registration and running all prospect and customer-facing webinars
  • Track, monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance
  • Post-program management and evaluation of webinars including: lead management, post-program follow-up and communication of results
  • Brief the sales team on marketing programs and provide the necessary tools to follow up as required
  • Ensure that marketing materials are leveraged across all online channels (video/slide sharing, social, web site, email, etc.) as appropriate
  • Consistently iterate and improve marketing and lead nurturing processes

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally from a software or cloud services company
  • Must have strong experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or similar
  • Experience creating email campaigns, landing pages, web forms and related processes
  • Experience setting up, running and managing registrations for marketing webinars using GoToWebinar, WebEx or similar
  • Experience with database management, including list management, cleansing, de-duplication, data validation, segmentation, custom report creation and import and export of data
  • Advanced Excel skills including analytics and data management
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
  • Must have strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects and consistently delivering on time
  • Ability to work independently and with a group, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Senior Professional Services Consultant

Location: New York Area

Job Description

Leading device identification, malware detection and fraud prevention startup is looking for a highly capable and versatile Professional Services Consultant to join our Services organization. The scope of this role includes functional and technical engagement from presales handover through to business as usual.  Responsibilities include POC/pilot management and production setup.  The role requires analytical, technical and project management skills.  The candidate will be involved in evaluating and presenting results during initial setup or pilot periods, and demonstrating product value.  An understanding of data analytics is required, in order to propose and explain optimizations of default rulesets.  The candidate will be required to explain how to integrate our SaaS platform into customer’s web workflow and websites.  Due to the startup nature of the company, the candidate should also be comfortable with assisting the customer on an on-going basis from a general support perspective during peak support periods or cover for primary support staff during vacation periods.

Knowledge of online fraud or data analytics experience is desirable.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years previous consulting experience, ideally with some further pre-sales or customer support experience
  • Proven track record of successful customer project implementations – especially SaaS
  • Great customer facing skills (in person, but also by email and over the phone)
  • Articulate communicator. Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with analysis of large datasets – identifying trends and generating statistics
  • Excellent analysis, troubleshooting and debugging skills, in particular with web workflow and websites
  • Experience with online fraud is highly desirable
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition and help quantify return on investment
  • Able to self-manage workload and handle rapidly changing priorities and sometimes demanding and complex issues effectively.  Project Management skills.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL.  Other technologies a bonus.
  • Capable of working within a global services organization.  Must work constructively and efficiently with other parts of the organizations, across different time zones.

Education background
