		<description>Interesting.  I would think Device Identification would be necessary for all online financial transactions eventually.  I work for a bank.  We have pretty good technology for protecting account hijacks, but for new accout openings, credit card applications, loans etc all we have to rely on is credit data etc to verify someone&#039;s identity.  I wouldnt be surprised if fraudsters use the same identity verification databases that we do.</description>
