SAN JOSE, California – June 8, 2017: In the lead up to the company’s first EMEA Digital Identity Summit in London next week, ThreatMetrix®, The Digital Identity Company®, today announced it has appointed Dan Welch as senior vice president of global services. Welch joins ThreatMetrix with extensive enterprise business development, operations and customer success experience. He has established global customer service departments at several high-tech organizations.
Welch’s career spans over 30 years, during which time he has held a range of senior leadership positions at high-growth companies. In this new role, he will be responsible for all worldwide service initiatives, including advancing product engagement and driving total customer satisfaction.
